OmegaX Acquires GWI

OmegaX, Inc. has acquired GWI, Inc., an 80-year chemical and material science company, from a group of selling shareholders led by the President and majority owner, Po-Yu Chuang.
Headquartered in Arvada, Colorado, GWI’s historic legacy of providing chemical compounds and materials has since evolved into a comprehensive solutions platform to include a vast range of chemicals, materials, and science-driven services to meet the needs of its broad range of customers in many different industries ranging from Fortune 500 to smaller R&D laboratories and research institutions. The company was established in 1946 and has been offering the motto “Best Product and Services at the Best Price,” proudly done in the USA and across the world.
